Powered by the SkyTrak+ Launch Monitor and a BenQ AK700ST 4K projector system, we deliver a premium golf experience — indoors or outdoors — with full setup, staffing, and teardown handled by our team.
Not at all. Our simulator is designed for all skill levels — from first-time swingers to experienced golfers. The SkyTrak+ system provides helpful feedback for beginners, and our on-site staff are always available to help guests get comfortable. Golf experience is never a requirement to have a great time.
For an indoor setup, we typically need a minimum ceiling height of 9–10 feet and a footprint of approximately 15×15 feet. For outdoor setups in a shaded or covered area, requirements are similar. We'll review your venue details during the booking process and let you know exactly what's needed. For power, we can connect to standard outlets or work with a generator for outdoor events.
We provide a full set of clubs suitable for most guests. Guests are also welcome to bring and use their own clubs — the SkyTrak+ works with any standard club. Personal clubs must be clean before use.
Yes — we accommodate both indoor and outdoor setups. Outdoors, we require a covered or shaded area for optimal screen visibility and equipment protection. During the booking process, you'll choose your preferred setup type, and we'll confirm any location-specific logistics.
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and peak season. For large corporate or festival events, 8–12 weeks ahead is ideal. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and hold your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and check. Deposit terms for large-scale events may vary — contact us for details.
Our team typically arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time to complete setup. Breakdown after the event takes a similar amount of time. Setup and breakdown are handled entirely by our staff — your guests only experience the finished result.
We monitor weather closely for all outdoor events. In the case of light rain with adequate cover, we can often continue. For severe weather or heavy rain, we may need to pause or reschedule. We'll work with you on any necessary changes to protect both your guests and our equipment. We strongly recommend a covered or indoor backup plan for outdoor events during Florida's rainy season.
Yes. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request, which is often required by venues, corporate clients, and festival organizers. Simply let us know during the booking process and we'll have it ready for you in advance of your event.
